I’m on edge all the time and I can’t say why.

We keep having the same argument.

I’m using more than I want to.

I know it’s over, but my body still reacts like it isn’t.

Common questions

How does telehealth counseling work?

Sessions happen over secure video. You need a private space, a phone, tablet or computer, and a steady internet connection.

What does it cost?

Individual sessions are $140 for 50 minutes. Couples sessions are $180 for 75 minutes.

Can I use my insurance?

I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so it’s worth checking your benefits with your insurer.

What if I’m not sure counseling is right for me?

That is what the free 30-minute consultation is for. Ask your questions, then decide.
