About & Training

About Mark

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #13600) in Colorado, specializing in couples, individual, and relational therapy. My work draws on attachment theory, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and over a decade of training across multiple therapeutic models — including Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, and EMDR.

I also bring a background in Zen meditation and contemplative practice to my clinical work. Sessions often open with a few minutes of guided meditation — a skill you keep long after therapy ends.

Many of the patterns that strain our relationships began as ways to protect ourselves. Whether you’re single, married, monogamous, polyamorous, or exploring kink or BDSM, you’ll find no judgment here — only curiosity about what you want and what gets in the way.
